Returns Policy

You must contact us for an RMA (Return Material Authorization) prior to returning an item. Items must be in resalable condition, with all original labels attached and include manuals and retail packaging. Items must be clean, with no dirt or pet hair. RMA must be requested within seven days of delivery. Items that do not fit can be returned for exchange only if a sizing chart accompanied the listing. No returns accepted for items sold AS_IS, used, or 'no returns'. A restocking fee of 25-50% may be assessed if returns do not meet the above requirements.

All items must be prepaid, including shipping, and insurance (optional) prior to shipment. Payment methods accepted are Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. eCheck payments are accepted through Paypal.

Some items will be drop shipped directly to you from a manufacturer or master distributor/ wholesaler. FREE SHIPPING items or orders only pertains to the Continental United States. The shipping method will be selected by All Ocean Sports. Keep in mind that FREE SHIPPING may add up to 3 more days to the delivery date, meaning order processing and delivery can take from 1 - 8 days depending on size, weight and possible drop shipment of your order. FREE SHIPPING does not imply a shipping credit if another shipping option is desired nor does it apply to any shipment outside the Continental United States. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: US Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail is a very low cost way to ship small items internationally, however please understand that this method also takes about 3 weeks to most countries. Priority Mail takes 6-10 days. Additional delays can occur at your country's Customs inspection. Please plan accordingly.
