I use these, and would never go back to rubber straps with adjustable buckles that you have to loosen and tighten each time you put them on.

HOW TO MEASURE:
Put your boot on, if you use one with these fins,
and put you foot in the fin pocket. Now measure from where one strap buckle
attaches to the fin, around your heel, where your fin strap normally lays, and back to where the other strap buckle
attaches. Compare this measurement to sizes I offer. Subtract at least .5 inch
from the measurement because you want the spring to have to expand a bit to work
properly.
