The Edge Ultra200 18000 Lumens 200 watt LED Rechargeable Canister Light Torch The Edge Ultra200 video lighting system is, by far, the brightest
underwater video lighting system available in the world. It features two
of our Ultra100 light heads with a single battery canister, giving it
a 1 hour burn time. Each light head puts out an incredible 9,000
Lumens, giving the system a total of 18,000 Lumens. The output from both
heads would be comparable to a 300 watt HID, or a 1200 watt Halogen. It
is, put simply, the best and the only choice for any serious underwater
videographer. Each light head is built with a single 100 watt LED,
eliminating any hot spots in the beam. The system features wet
connections between the battery canister and each head, making it
possible to have additional battery canisters. Each light head is
connected to the canister with it's own wet cable giving you the option
of using a single head as a normal dive light. The feature that sets our
system apart form all others is the PWM, or Pulse Width Modulator,
controller. Put simply, the LED is powered by flashing it several
thousand times a second. This method is far better for the LED, and also
allows for easier dimming of the LED. The canister is completely
sealed, with no latches. This feature ensures there is almost no chance
of a leak. The battery is charged by plugging the charger into the
bulkhead fittings on the bottom of the canister.
